- CNR we agreed on this initial schema proposed and written on the wiki page with the main blocks and attributes for 
each block
- next telecon is fixed for the 10th of January 2012

- CN write a block for CPU accounting
- R add more attribute to the Storage accounting block
- C ask the administrator access to the ogf.org web page to change the charter
