Usage Record working group has been re-charted and aims at next-release of usage representation (UR v2.0), which is 
expected to accommodate various resource and extensible to application-specific usage representation. As an intial stage
, we would like to collect implementation experiences that use UR v1.0 as a standard usage representation for grid 
accounting, usage monitoring and other grid services. 
The attached survey template is primilarily designed for experienced implementators to fill in. If you got other 
comments outside the scope of the survey, please contact us, so that we can provide an alternative template for your 
specific use cases.
