• This looks like a good idea, permitting to ease the work of the persons implementing the specification
• But doing so, we would take the risk of reinventing the wheel, overlooking known pitfalls, missing accumulated best practice, and being incompatible with everything else
• In particular, this requirement conflicts with NF2, NF10, NF11, NF12, NF13
• But we still should try to ease the work of the persons implementing the specification
• Therefore, I suggest to REPLACE this requirement by following requirement :
  'In order to ease the work of the software engineers implementing the Execution Service, the specifications SHOULD clearly describe the parts of external dependencies that have to be taken into account, and SHOULD copy those parts verbatim as chapters inside the Appendix'
