• For clarity and positive thinking, I suggest to change the original title to
  'Specifications of the Execution Service SHOULD be designed and presented as an evolution of existing specifications, in order to ease OGF marketing efforts and improve OGF community reputation concerning stable standards'

  Any new specification should be result of evolution of previous specification.
  E.g. the scope and orientation of a spec should not change dramatically to the previous one, e.g. conceptual backward compatibility is a must.'
