• Propose this requirement with title  'For each grid entity which can NOT be described in conformance with the last published GLUE recommendation, PGI MUST submit a change request to the GLUE WG'

• While designing an OGF recommendation, it may happen that designers find a new class of grid entities which they can NOT describe using the existing GLUE model
• Instead of creating a GLUE extension on their own, these designers MUST first describe their need to the GLUE Working Group :
  - In the best case, a member of GLUE will explain them how to describe this new class of grid entities using the existing GLUE model
  - Otherwise, they MUST submit a change request to the GLUE Working Group
• If the GLUE Working Group agrees on this change request, it will incorporate it to the next version of the GLUE model, which will be beneficial to ALL Working Groups of OGF
• Only if the GLUE Working Group rejects this change request are the designers allowed to create a GLUE extension on their own
• I vote FOR this requirement
