Title: (1356) Update of document does not update details
Description: 
I a document is updated without creating a new version the information 'last updated' does not reflect the most recent 
time of update - I have not checked yet if this happens for other values such as author too.

The notification is only to the updater and not the members of the group.

This error can lead to unintentional over writes.
