• For people who are NOT SOAP specialists, please explain what 'portType re-use' means, at specification phase, at implementation phase, at compilation phase, at run-time, ...
• In fact, for the 'Information portType', I strongly advise that the Execution Service delegates the whole work to the Information Service, which would probably mean that the Execution Service re-uses the 'Information portType' of the Information Service
• Therefore I suggest to change the original title to  'Specifications of the Execution Service should be so well designed that its interfaces are likely to be re-used by other Services'
• Anyway, this requirement needs clarification and analysis of impact
