• Original title of this requirement dated 2010-03-18 was  'The Execution Service MUST provide to the Client a Web Service'
• Labeling assertions as 'too evident' or 'too fundamental' very often hides BAD implicit hypothesis and/or prerequisites
• For example :  'Like the moon and all other planets, the sun revolves around the earth'  is too evident and too fundamental to ever discuss (because the earth supports me, and I am the center of the universe)
• Therefore, I re-propose the requirement with following improved title :
  'The Execution Service MAY provide its functionalities to Clients through various protocols (RPC, Corba, ActiveMQ, ...), but MUST provide them to Clients through a Web Service'
• Change the requirement status from 'Dropped (Too fundamental)' to 'Re-proposed'
