• Propose requirement with title  'The Execution service instance MUST publish all data-staging capabilities (for example: supported protocols like GridFTP, ByteIO,...).'

• If the Execution Service would know the precise data-staging capabilities of the computing resources, it could perhaps publish them using extensions of the 'Capability_t' list of the 'Capability' attribute of the 'Endpoint' entity of the GLUE model
• But that is NOT always the case
• In fact, applying the Object Oriented concept of encapsulation, I would recommend that issues of Data Management implementation (such as supported data transfer protocol) should be ignored by Activity management
• Therefore, I vote AGAINST this requirement
