  'If we do accounting: Usage Records OGF - For example: DEISA & TeraGrid uses UR today for tracking resource usage.
  Most likely improving UR in terms of network and storage resource tracking and improvements of compute parts of multi-core-business.
  Grid-level attributes (for example: start-time on Grid vs. in batch-system).'

• Following Ac1, the Execution Service :
  - MUST NOT take into account Accounting requests of Clients, but
  - MUST provide appropriate accounting data to an Accounting Service
• The appropriate interface is certainly the 'Usage Record Format' (UR) specified inside GFD.98
• The Usage Record Format permits interoperability of Accounting Services between different grids.  Therefore, each improvement of the UR Format :
  - SHOULD first be submitted to the OGF UR Working Group, for everyone's benefit
  - SHOULD be specified directly by the PGI Working Group ONLY after the UR Working Group has rejected the improvement submitted to it
