How to Control a Conference

The conference is easily controlled using a telephone keypad. Everyone has basic control over their own line and can use the following basic features:

• *0 Signals the Operator for Assistance Operators are available for general help and advice at no extra charge.
• *4 Automatic Volume Equalisation Adjust the volume of your line in the Conference.
• *6 Mutes / Unmutes your Phone Line Especially useful if you are on a noisy connection such as a mobile phone.
