Title:	(1802) getDataResourcePropertyDocument response wrapper
Description:	There is a slight inconsistency in the way that getDataResourcePropertyDocument and the XML realisation's get GetCollectionPropertyDocument define responses. The WS-DAI getDataResourcePropertyDocument defines the following response: <wsdl:message name="GetDataResourcePropertyDocumentResponse"> <wsdl:part name="GetDataResourcePropertyDocumentResponse" element="wsdai:GetDataResourcePropertyDocumentResponse"/> </wsdl:message> It uses a GetDataResourcePropertyDocumentResponse type to wrap the document returned to the client. The GetCollectionPropertyDocument defines the following response: <wsdl:message name="GetCollectionPropertyDocumentResponse"> <wsdl:part name="GetCollectionPropertyDocumentResponse" element="wsdaix:XMLCollectionPropertyDocument" /> </wsdl:message> This returns the XMLCollectionPropertyDocument type as opposed to wrapping it using a response type. Perhaps a change should be made enforce consistency. .

	Comment:	The WS-DAI property document is now returned directly instead of using a response wrapper.

Comment:

The XML and Relational realisations are consistent in the way that they do not use a response wrapper to return property documents. Therefore it makes
 more sense to change the WS-DAI WSDL instead.

Proposed action: return the WS-DAI property document directly in response to a GetDataResourcePropertyDocumentResponse message, without wrapping the 
property document with a GetDataResourcePropertyDocumentResponse.

The structure of the GetCollectionPropertyDocumentResponse message will be made consistent with the GetDataResourcePropertyDocumentResponse message by
 placing XMLCollectionPropertyDocument elements within GetCollectionPropertyDocumentResponse elements.
