WS-DAI does not define any message and hence message specific faults are not included. 

However discussion of generic faults has been included. For example, the discussion of lifetime implies that a data resource may no longer be 
available through a data service. When this is true the messages directed at that data resource should result in a fault.

Is there anything preventing an inclusion of faults by GGF12?  I suspect that associated implementation activities can be asked to provide lists.
