Title: (1722) Should a document selection operation be added to the XMLCollectionAccess interface?
Description: 
Is there a good reason why the XMLCollectionAccess interface does not have an operation to select documents? The 
operations for adding and removing documents are there, and the XMLCollectionFactory interface has a 
DocumentSelectionFactory operation. Adding a document selection operation to XMLCollectionAccess would allow documents 
to be retrieved directly..
