Artifact artf2670 : (926) Use index arguments ?
Tracker: WS-DAIR issues
Title: (926) Use index arguments ?
Description:
What is the preferred model for accessing elements of vectors: GetNext() or Get(N) ?
Or should the question be reviewed case by case ?

This specifically applies to GetRowset(N), GetUpdateCount(N),
GetOutputParameter(N) on the SQLResponse data service (SDS), and GetTuples(N) on the Rowset data service (RDS)..

  Comment:
An additional, generic, operation - GetResponseItem - has been added to SQLResponseAccess with associated inputs (StartPosition and Count) and
properties (SQLResponseItemSequenceNumber and SQLResponseItemResponseType) to allow more flexible means to access a SQLResponse.
