Description: 
In so far that you can tie the other descriptions to object (apart from the factory) would it not be good to be able to 
associate this with an object too, e.g. RelationalDataResourceDescription, except that this is a bit of a mouthful or 
RelationalResourceDescription.
This could also be argued from the point of view that the data description describes the data that is being represented 
and not the access language.
