Title:	(1110) Is SQLAccessDescription suitable
Description:	In so far that you can tie the other descriptions to object (apart from the factory) would it not be good to be able to associate this with an object too, e.g. RelationalDataResourceDescription, except that this is a bit of a mouthful or RelationalResourceDescription. This could also be argued from the point of view that the data description describes the data that is being represented and not the access language. Page 5 Section 4.1.1 Bullet 1 SQLAccessDescription.

Comment:

The Behavioural Property - LanguageCapabilities is most definitely access language dependent. However, most Informational Properties are not access 
language dependent.

I think whichever way one goes there is a valid counterargument for the name. I'll leave it as it is for now.
