As there could end up being more than one XML representation for a relational schema, I wonder if the "Content" element 
of the property should have an any type, and there should be another property that indicates the representation used by 
the service.  Do we need to consider the possibility that the service could provide more than one representation?

The same issue will arise for StoredProcedures, UserDefinedTypes, UserDefinedFunctions and Triggers.  This also allows 
the specification to proceed in anticipation of the forthcoming CIM representation of the schema to which DAIS is 
contributing..
