minutes from 9 Jun conference call

Attendees: Vijay, Chris, Abdeslem, Susan, Dieter, SteveF, Cecile

Minutes:

- quick review of action items from Susan's summary notes for F2F on
May 31 and June 1. Lots to be done by June 23rd. On track so far.

- quickly discussed Steve's use case scenario template: team had no
comments and waiting for scenarios to validate the template.

- discussed terminology: proposal to rename 'publication' to
'publication type' to remove ambiguity between individual publications
and publication types; no agreement yet on 'consumption' -
extra conf call planned to discuss terminology: tentative time is
Tuesday June 14th, 8AM PST - separate email to confirm time.
Add John Walk to invitees list.

- F2F is coming up in Chicago, at IBM location; start time is 9AM, June 25th.


TO-DOs by next conf call:

- get resolution on terminology (all interested - call on the 14th)
- circulate R-GMA network monitoring notes and scenario using template (SteveF)
- complete first draft of Nextgrid Animation use case again using template (Stephen Davey)


Next Conf Call:

9AM PST June 16 (note: meeting notice will be updated to correct 4PM GMT time...)
