WS-Notification is missing in the current specification:
1. notification of agreement acceptance is currently via custom port type.
2. the agreement status port does not extend the WS-Notification port type.

However, WS-Agreement has a strong dependency of WS-ResourceProperty and almost all environment that support WS-RP also 
support WS-N, like Apache MUSE and GT4. So, I see little practical reason of excluding WS-N from the basis of WS-
Agreement.
