Related Agreements and Brokers
This comment reflectes the discussion of the specification at GGF 12. The content is taken from the minutes and the
discussion on the GRAAP mailing list subsequent to the GGF. This comment does not represent my personal concern or that
 of IBM.

Should related agreements be the mechanism using which a service broker declares which of his or her contracts will
actually implement the services according to the agreement? Does the use of brokers has other effects on related
agreements?
Group Response
WS-Agreement is intended to address two-party agreement. As such, the use of brokers and so on are outside the scope of
ws-agreement. Further, we have resolved to remove related agreements entirely, so this mechanism will not be possible
even if a particular domain wanted to use this approach.
