Why is the termination time part of context?
This comment reflectes the discussion of the specification at GGF 12. The content   is taken from the minutes and the 
discussion on the GRAAP mailing list subsequent   to the GGF. This comment does not represent my personal concern or 
that of   IBM.

Why termination time part of the context? It refers to GridService termination time. This should be clarified in its 
description.

Because the expiration time refers to the whole of Agreement. **Action: leave it in place, capture this discussion, add 
justifying statements to the document.
