The material on the state of the guarantee terms and the service runtime states is split in each case into two sections.
  The first of these describe the possible states (S7.1 and S7.2), but make no reference to the XML Schema - I think 
they should.  The sections describing the monitoring of these states via Resource Properties (S8.3.1 and S8.3.2) don't 
reference the earlier sections - again, I think they should.

(I've already said in a previous comment that S8.3.1, 8.3.2 and others should give example XML snippets.)
