Use of WS-ResourceProperties
I would prefer that WS-Agreement did not necessarily depend on WS-ResourceProperties, which is behind WS-Agreement in 
terms of standardisation.

Could simple 'getters' not be provided for the WS-RP usage in S8.1.2, S8.2.2, S8.2.3, S8.3.1 and S8.3.2?

To provide access via WS-RP where available, I can understand.  To insist upon it, however, seems unnecessary.
