Suggestions to clarify BES Factory

BES Factory needs a bit more text around it for clarification....based on trying to collaborate with DMTF CIM folks on 
adding a few model elements to CIM wrt BES (see the OGSA container/service draft in the OGSA workgroup as background).

I'd like to suggest the following clarification statements.

- This factory represents a defined execution environment (or container) for activities.  An execution environment may 
contain or be contained within another execution environment.

- The BR attributes represent advertised capabilities for the execution environment.  These attributes may be for a 
single node, a cluster (homogeneous or heterogeneous) of nodes, or any number of back end (end-node) resources no matter
 how disjoint, different, or geographically separated.

- The BES attributes (through the BES factory) represent the aggregated statistics and characteristics of the nodes 
aggregated in the execution environment.

- Implementation details are outside the scope.
