Minor niggle: Argument element order

This is a relatively lightweight profile on the JSDL to support simple application execution in both a POSIX and Windows
 environment.

The order the Argument elements are concatinated in is not specified. There seems to be an assumption they are done in 
the order parsed in the document. AFAIK there is no assurance that element ordering will be preservered.

Arguments:

 -cp x.jar

and 

x.jar -cp 

are (obviously) very different.

A short sentence requiring implementors to maintain argument ordering could be added to eliminate confusion.

Yes, this has been clarified in the document (in Section 3.3).
