This appears to be a very complete document describing all the interfaces necessary to implement publish/subscribe-based
 information
dissemination system.  I believe the data model proposed in this document is a good approach for solving the Grid 
information dissemination / discovery problem.

While I believe it is very difficult to know whether the specific APIs in this document are complete with trying to use 
them, I think that this is a valuable document.
