Many of the attributes just state that they are optional and not what their cardinality is.

Charge Attribute: Should be of type float so that charging can be done in fractional units

Status Attribute: Should be of type QNAME so that states are all machine-readable and so that all systems can agree upon
 the interpretation of the states (or at least recognize that they do not recognize the state!) As it is, if a record 
contains an '8' because of a state that you do not represent, nothing else on the planet will stand a chance to 
understand it!

Network, Disk, Memory Attributes: type should be float to account for reporting in terms of fractions of a unit (e.g. 
half a megabyte) and with rate-related units it is not clear how to combine the units language to describe them.

Network Attribute: Missing word from description of "min" metric.

WallDuration, CpuDuration Attributes: Type must be interval/duration and not timestamp, since timestamps cannot measure 
a length of time (they only record an instant or event).

ProjectName Attribute: Bad grammar in second sentence of descriptive text.

Swap Attribute: Does this have units? Could we have some more descriptive text here?

ServiceLevel Attribute: Silly error in first bullet point.

Supported Data Types: You need to add interval/duration to this.
