Editorial: Abstract

The abstract at present may be precise, but sounds a bit tangling to me. It is perhaps because of too many inserted 
parentheses. More plain rephrase may attract broader interest among outsiders, I think, for example:

The Open Grid Services Architecture (OGSA) vision renders a broadly applicable and adopted framework for distributed 
system integration. Successful realization of it requires a wide variety of Grid use case scenarios for both e-science 
and e-business applications. The use cases described in this document cover infrastructure and application topics for 
both commercial and scientific areas,  essential grid technologies and working group use cases. They includes Commercial
 Data Center, Online Media and Entertainment, Inter grid, National Fusion Collaboratory, Severe Storm Modeling, and 
Virtual Organization Grid Portal, Grid Resource Reseller, Service-Based Distributed Query Processing, and Workflow, Grid
 lite, Interactive grids, mutual authorization, persistent  archives, resource usage service.

are required. Such use cases, described in this document cover infrastructure and application scenarios for both 
commercial and scientific areas, essential grid technologies and GGF working group' use cases. They include use cases 
such as Commercial  Data Center, Online Media and Entertainment, Inter grid, National Fusion Collaboratory, Severe Storm
 Modeling, Virtual Organization Grid Portal, Grid Resource Reseller, Service-Based Distributed Query Processing, Grid 
Workflow, Grid lite, Interactive grids, Mutual authorization, Persistent  archives, and Resource usage service. The list
 of Grid use cases presented here is necessarily incomplete. Also use cases are by design not described at the detail 
required for formal requirements to avoid making them overly complex
