Editorial: "IT system integrator"
On page 5 and later, the phrase "IT system integrator" is used without an explanation how it is different from 
traditional "system integrator."

resolution - rejected
since the OGSA group thought this was not an issue. IT system integrator seems to be a commonly understood term
