There is no question about the importance of this document. In simple terms: OGSA is the "flagship architecture" of the 
OGF; grids are often said to be "computational grids" or "data grids"; and this document defines the "data grid" side of
 OGSA. 

The authors of this document deserve a lot of praise. The set of services that they found may seem obvious after it is 
done, but reaching it required a great amount of time and effort (part of which I followed). Additionally, the level of 
detail given for each service is impressive, and 6 initial chapters make the basic concepts into a strong foundation.

I'm looking forward to the counterpart of this document, the scenarios document.
