(Although I am listed as author, I have contributed only in the early phases of the work, so I dare commenting... ;-)

Bassically, I think this report is fulfilling its purpose. It needs, however, a careful final proofreading and bug 
fixing.

I would suggest to promote the AAA paragraph (lines numbered 279-282) to the required security sectin, including some 
more detailed thoughts on security aspects of GridCPR systems.

Finally, I find the Acknowledgements section inappropriate for a GGF document. Even if one or more authors have used the
 mentioned NSF grant, I doubt that the content, being the result of a group effort, can be declared "based upon work 
supported by NSF grant XYZ..."
(Or did anybody get explicit NSF money for creating a GridCPR standard???)
