The use cases document and current API draft are covering all general requirements of our VGE middleware and application
 scenarios. We require basic remote file handling, job submission, monitoring, and state inquiry.  We would be happy to 
have a general API for accessing also different middleware systems.
Extensions would be needed for accessing our specific services (discovery, QoS negotiation, or resource reservation).
