I do totally agree with Thilo Kielmann's comments and they go in line with what I think. The content is too raw. Some 
editor formatting is greatly necessary in order to make this document a bit more digestible. Some points that must/
should be added:

- Abstract
- Table of content
- Introduction: give more information on the purpose of this document. Also tell what is out of/in scope, the aims. Ian 
Foster's comments shows that the documents purpose isn't well understood.
- Analysis: the essence of what is found out
- Conclusion: what are the outcomes of what is provided so far
- Appendix 1: template
- Appendix 2: the uses cases

I don't think this document have to go into specification and conception of the SAGA. The raw material we have here can 
make a good GGF document if it is reworked.
