It would be nice if there was a full example of a namespace URI that corresponded to the rules.

Also, 2.5.2 should allow for other kinds of groups (e.g. Community Groups) to create their own schemas. Whether or not 
it is OGF policy to allow this sort of thing, it certainly should not be the place of this document to encode such 
policy.

I inserted a new section two, because I ffelt the document should shed light on the fact that Namespace IRIs are in fact
 just character strings, nothing else, even though they look like IRLs.

This new section two contains a list of Namespace IRIs that have been created according to the predecessor document, GFD
.58.

Yes, you're right. I rewrote the document now referring to "constituted OGF groups", which should include all you 
mentioned.
