Some of the browsers referred to in the document have undergone significant revisions since their behavior was possibly 
tested. In many cases it's unclear if the version of the browser currently available was tested or not, or compliant or 
not.  If you are not going to make a test with current versions of the browsers at the time the document is released, at
 least state very clearly which versions were tested.
