notes don't make sense without more context

Folks-

   I dn't know if you've tried to look at these without being at a meeting, but they're not very comprehensible. Without
 a context - they're confusing in several places. For example:

Agreement 2004-32  Policy call proposal was accepted with the exception of the Vice Chair option  (section v.) which may
 be re-considered after the strategic planning process  is complete. 

what proposal? what's section v? what's a vice chair option?

there are other pieces of this as well that are similar - what can be done to help with this?

nice to know the GFSG even looks at this page

look - no one has commented on the fact that none of these minutes make any sense - they're not minutes they're an 
agenda and then NOTHING.

this is typical of the poor behavior of the GFSG
