  Comment:
The document was clearly written with only one abiguity.

The offset parameter. Is it a from a fixed 0, or a 0 that changes over time as in a stream? In other words, if i read from offset 0 again and again
will i get the same values, or will i consume the items as i go?

A second comment, section five on dynamic versus static content. Not sure what you are getting at. Are you trying to say that the service can generate
the data however it wants - in which case i don't see the point because of course it can, or are you saying that the service may give different
results even for the same parameters.
