Title:	(113) Layout of Submissions pages
Description:	All submissions seem to follow the same patter, and have two defects: 1. There are two save buttons - which one should I click? Actually, both seem to do the same thing, so a single button would be better. 2. 'Description' header is vertically aligned with the middle of the description - it should align with the top. This is most obvious is views after the initial submission. .
