Artifact artf3353 : (306) Meaning of access levels
Tracker: Site-Suggestions
Title: (306) Meaning of access levels
Description:
I added document (actually, it was the mintes of the primer call on 2nd July) at access level 'GGF Member' but
ordinary logged-on users could not see it. Changing the access to "public" lets everyone (even not logged-on) see it.

So, what does 'GGF Member' mean? Should that be 'OGSI group member' ? Or is the access checking wrong? .
