Title: (968) Definition of a data resource.
Description: 
At GGF11 it was suggested that the definition currently being used as a "data
resource" being any source/sink of data was too broad. The objection
seemed to lie with the usage of the word "sink". I think we should re-examine this definition and ensure that we are all
 happy with it. Moreover we need to make sure that the definition we use is consistent with the OGSA Data Design Effort 
and what is in the OGSA Glossary..
