I assume a WSRF mapping here to provide a terminology with which to speak about things that are being created 
dynamically.

The WS-DAI specification provides some message patterns for factories.  The realisations then use this pattern to create
 WS-Resources that represent the results of requests, such as SQLExecute requests directed at a WS-Resource that 
represents a relational database.  However, no operations are defined to allow the creation of the WS-Resource 
representing the relational database.  This seems inappropriate, and could either be addressed by:

1. Providing a generic factory operation in WS-DAI, or
2. Providing specific factory operations in the Realisations.
