Title: (929) Should we keep GetReturnValue()
Description: 
Should the potential return value of a stored function be included in the ouput parameters as it is in JDBC? If so then 
GetReturnValue is superfluous.

This was not spotted originally as I have only just recently
come across the java.sql.CallableStatement class..
