Title:	(1707) Symetrical Insert and Query interfaces
Description:	The first version of the DAIS specification concentrates on supporting queries and allowing for direct and indirect data access. There is not the same level of emphasis on insert/update of data. In particular DAIS doesn't define any interfaces which take data resource references as input. These would be "symetrical" with the current factory messages which generate data resource references. .
