One comment for the document.
This document is entirely well written and generally good.  My only concern is that C0302 describes that a SECURE_EPR 
document SHOULD incorporate digital signing as per this section of the profile, i.e. digital signing is not MUST but 
SHOULD.  I think digital signature should be mandartory.
