• Propose requirement with title  'In the case where there is NO dedicated Information Service, the Execution Service MUST act as an Information Service concerning the entities which the Execution Service manages'

• Clients MUST be able to read the properties of the Execution Service and the properties of its Endpoints
• If a dedicated Information Service exists, then the Execution Service MUST publish these properties to the Information Service in conformance with GLUE recommendations (as required by IS2), but has NO other obligation concerning the publication of these properties
• If there is NO dedicated Information Service, then the Execution Service itself MUST act as an Information Service for these properties, which means publishing these properties directly to the Clients following the GLUE model
