Description:	Actions now have a attribute called "method". Method has enumerated values associated with them.. We need a way to define these values/options. As per Andy:
This is needed, especially on reviewing the resource template mixins. They need a way to advertise the value that a particular attribute will have if 
a particular template is selected. Can you open an item in the tracker for this?
