Description:	The PGI input proposes a complex application software element, possibly re-using GLUE2 elements. The requirement needs to be formalised and studied further, also in view of the general request to embed GLUE2 elements. A seemingly related presented requirement discusses "modules": the fundamental difference between such modules and software environment needs to be discussed.
