Title: How to specify 32-bit OS on 64-bit CPU
Description:
[From Kazu@NAREGI]

I have a question for resource element of JSDL.
Is it possible to specify bit width of OS
independent from CPUarchitecture.
We have a problem for 64 bit applications.
The broker can find a 64 bit CPU resource, how
ever the application will be error, if 32 bit
OS running on the resource. Running 32 bit OS
on 64 bit CPU is still not unusual thing.

Is it possible to specify this kind of resource
in JSDL?. Describe it in OperatingSystemVersion ?
The OperatingStstem type element has no information
about bit width for major OS in the enumeration
list of the JSDL specification.
