Geoffrey's Earthquake Forecasting Interoperability slides are available here:

By Yuji Saeki @ NAREGI. Still very draft, and should be taken as a strawman. We do need to see if other schemas will match up to the minimal schema so
as to guarantee 100% interoperation at the schema level.
